Candice is a Continence NZ certified Trainer. Candice will help you connect to, move with, strengthen and protect your pelvic floor and core with exercise and everyday movement.

Your core needs are different... you will move and work differently to others... and that is where we are here to help!

Our @home /online programs work with minimal equipment.. but can get you moving as intensely or balanced as you need.

Fettle's Bootcamps are fun, functional, varied and offer a safe, friendly environment. Plus.. all exercises are modified to your needs!

I am NZ REP's Registered (NZ Registered Exercise Proffesional) That means my qualifications are held to a standard and I am to continue upskilling to provide you with the best and freshest information in the industry.

To many women live with dysfunction, thinking it is "normal"... we should not have to suffer in silence, dysfunction is not normal. We help women asses their pelvic floor health, find where they are at, refer women to women's health physio's and work with women back to functionality.
